@cav@infosec.exchange Honestly, I think we went wrong when we started pushing degrees on kids. Well... likely sometime before that. Any system where you have to go into massive debt if you want to be able to afford a small apartment is a system that's pretty broken to begin with.

@Epic_Null@infosec.exchange I totally agree with you. Many of the IT staff and programmers that I've hired did not have degrees.
I was just thinking if we are going to keep shoving the degrees on them then there needs to be a change in it. I wish we could do a way with it entirely but I do not get to make that choice. 😞
