@Rasta@mstdn.ca Good MORNING ... Been up since 9pm after a nice 4 hr sleep ... I go to sleep when cannot stop yawning .. it was interesting as was in a odd partial sleep for a while till actually slept ..
Have cooked and eaten since and am trying to empty lymph nodes before going back to sleep ..woke yesterday with swollen no feeling in legs ..,percussion did not help and had to go back on meds again ...
This is why am not able to enjoy some commercial canning ..
Will be back on meds for a week at very least...
Have had to use so much meds in life I try to not use some of the time a few till have to restart again...some keep one too close to the bathroom for too long in a day ...
Ever try to take an allergy pill or been told to before ... so you can sleep ...that is something been told a couple of times to do ..it helps relax ...
Or will have to get the Mrs to wear head phones so you can do some work till able to sleep ...
@Rasta@mstdn.ca Here I am! π![]()
@Rasta@mstdn.ca Yeah, I'm in the same boat however, I went to bed at 9:30 last night, only to wake up at 1:24 this morning due to nature's call.
@cobalt123@beige.party Was I typing too loud?
I've been known to wake light sleepers LOL
I'm so tired from being up all night that I doze off early and wake at midnight
@Rasta@mstdn.ca Sleep deprivation sure is not good for my mental health. And I hear you about the dang leg cramps. Waking out of sleep with a bad one is a bit memorable. And then you canβt go back to sleep unless it has passed on.
@carrottop1023@mastodon.stickbear.me And now, are you up for the night? There's no going back for me, and once up, I have a leg cramp, every time I lay down it cramps, so I stand for awhile. When I could sit, I started the PC up.. here we are. LOL
Hey, I was out in the *new-to-me* boat today, we caught 17 mackerel . Took my neighbour, he can use the fish.
@cobalt123@beige.party I can't lay down to try, they will cramp again. But I'm fighting sleep now, suddenly, I was going to take a cannabis pill or a melatonin but I may just lay on the sofa with my audiobook and hope I can doze off a little before sunrise. I will be driving all day
@Rasta@mstdn.ca Isnβt it aggravating that your choices to help you sleep,maybe, will take at least a half hour if not more to see if they work.
@cobalt123@beige.party The worst thing about now, is that even though leg cramps have settled, I've had a pee and a warm beverage, and I feel sleepy, even if I can't sleep, but now, the sun is about to rise in just over an hour. I rarely miss a sunrise.
@cobalt123@beige.party If at all.
I've got medical cannabis. I can't get a prescription because my doctor isn't a believer I guess? Anyway, working with veterans to help each other, they supplied me with alternatives. They do help in certain ways. I can have a puff right now of recreational cannabis and it will be different every purchase. I find one that works, no longer available. That's the purpose I need Medical for, plus as a veteran, for certain things, they may help pay for it.
I take notes with each pill of the results.
NONE get you high, gummies don't either for me.
But, it quells anxiety that keeps you from sleeping. But to get sleepy faster, I'll have a puff with my coffee ;P
