That was very much of its time but not awful. Italy and Egypt were definitely trying to cash in on the Bond films' popularity at the time. The plot was certainly no worse than a Bond. Dialogue might have been less cheesy in the original rather than the English dub. Or maybe not.
Lots of contemporary aircraft and cars including a Comet, a VC10, and a Frog-eye Sprite 🙂
