people will focus so much on the tool used that they forget the actor of the deed and the deed.

This is probably having a good impact on society, and is the correct legal perspective, but if they made an image library based on licensing work so that artists could be paid that would solve Disney's problem. That's the thing, though; They'd have to pay.
