Potatoes are harvested. Conclusions:
- Seed potatoes are better than using last year’s
- Manure works better that the bought compost in bags
- They need more water than we gave them
- The yellow ones get bigger but the red ones are tastier
We had a bigger bed but got about the same amount as last year. Should still be enough for a couple of months.
