question about acute + long covid
can someone remind me what i need to get asap after positive covid test, so that the long covid symptoms don't worsen again?
already ordered parlovid prescription from our doctor.
(if she doesn't prescribe it, well then bye bye doctor, we will go somewhere else 
)
also got reminded of pacing.
we should have people around that could support us. already wrote to our social worker, and i think there should be at least two friends here who could help us with grocery etc.

ah, forgot to mention, the symptoms are milder compared to our initial infection in summer 2020, but our vaccination was outdated (last one was in last winter -- our doctor refused to give another vaccination, with the stated reason being that there will be an updated vaccination in autumn)

this is really scary, it's not "milder" at all, but different.
this time it makes realllly scary things to our mind.
already had full amnesia last night, but luckily friends where around in chat to remind us who we are
the brainfog is bad
only our little ones are able to stay at the front
also fatigue, but we already had worse fatigue
remembered it is important to pace
someone will come today to help, and on Wednesday someone else
