So it is possible to prime ones one body with a very short (10 seconds max) Zone 4 or Zone 5 touch and then begin the Zone 2 Training?
So there is HR lag and what not, but the goal would be to open up these blood vessels fast and without to much collateral damage.
Yeah there is a study that basically validates this idea.
