Stood with gutter frame. That’s the one that arms can fit into at the top but I’m not supposed to put weight on right leg at all! He said I should keep it off the ground.
When I asked when am i allowed to do that?he says 6 weeks!! When cast comes off.
I have to find a way of shuffling or hopping.
Maybe there’s a way when I have hard cast. Who knows, I might need hoisting around for 6 weeks.

janestegerlewis@humanhorseshoes@mastodon.world it will be. I think standing is enough. If I can manage some sort of hop or shuffle tomorrow with hard cast on. It’s not a hard cast atm. The consultant said I can go.
