Not surprised people can't manage tech. To add my kid to #Steam family, I had to log in to his account, enter his parental control PIN, find the invite I'd already sent had evaporated, switch to my account, send an invite, switch to his, accept the invite, find how to open mail to use the confirmation code, which opened in a browser, so I had to log into steam in the browser too, which required a login code sent to my mail. That's a lot of stack to keep track of. #UX
