physical health negative

If it doesn't improve significantly by tomorrow I'm going to get myself a yellow slip (it's electronic now though), an Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung, "inability to work certification", basically a formalized doctor's note so I can get my vacation time back.

In Germany, if you're sick during a paid time off, you're entitled to get the vacation back, because you wouldn't have worked if sick anyway, since we have unlimited sick days if one is able to provide the yellow slip (i.e. actually sick).
