Instead of going after undocumented immigrants who neither get a tax refund, nor ask for services, but pay their share, why not go after the documented immigrants who play the system?
The billionaire techbros who weren't born here is a place to start. They seldom pay much if any taxes. Know the difference between someone doing a really hard job, and a greedy parasite.
