A friend of mine in Seattle just told me that 911 calls in Snohomish Co, WA are handled by AI 😱
Her husband called 911 from work. AI transferred call to a nurse who recommended taking an Uber to ER?!! His boss got on the line to get an ambulance sent. People are going to die.
