This is good news, but probably not over. As an immigrant with one American parent who has been watching this never-ending trainwreck, this is the Rubicon that the Supreme Court must not cross.
The 14th Amendment is not ambiguous:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
You simply cannot read that and think someone born in the USA is anything other than a United States citizen, without literally arguing they aren't people. If SCOTUS ever rules the other way, the rule of law is done.
It's frankly horrifying that the justice department would even make this argument.
