1. Three people having sex is a "threesome". A threesome is culturally distinct from an orgy.
2. Four is the minimum number of people required to have an orgy, but 4 people having sex may not be one, because the question of if the thing you participated in was an "orgy" is defined by how many people you could potentially have sex with.
