Have had to interact with Squarespace for a client recently (thanks, Google Domains, for pulling a Google, walking away, & handing everything to the least-competent provider).
In 30+ years making websites for a living, I’ve never seen such dysfunctional crap. My client’s CC expired, but there’s no way to update it. Support sends broken/useless links. No phone support. Client adds me as a manager; Squarespace won’t let me login: “incorrect password” AND “account not found”. (I mean, pick one.) 🙄
