@vkc@linuxmom.net @ardour@fosstodon.org I just switched to it recently from Logic Pro and it really is! I also did FCP -> KDEnlive, which I haven't had a chance to really test drive in anger yet but I'm excited about.

I went Compressor -> HandBrake, but I'm hoping to find something more cross-platform. Do you have a recommendation for that bit?

TBH, it's all ffmpeg under the hood.

@zkat@toot.cat @vkc@linuxmom.net @ardour@fosstodon.org it kinda was for a time initially written for BeOS, but it was ported to other *nix systems after a few releases. Windows apparently took much longer, but the patch notes I'm reading don't provide when the port was successful.
