analysing tim cook's dumb speech to employees
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-08-01/apple-ceo-tells-staff-ai-is-ours-to-grab-in-hourlong-pep-talk
all the things he claims credit to "apple" for are steve jobs
including claiming credit to "apple" (jobs) the good tablet, when the shitty tablet was invented by "apple" (sculley)
has tim had a single jobsian category-maker? have i missed one?

Jobs-level successes for Cook? Let's see:
Airpodsβthe entire range.
Apple Watch. (Not huge, just the world's highest-grossing luxury watch brand.)
Apple's migration to M-series CPUs (a post-Jobs move).
These are all smaller-scale than Jobs' successes, but each gross in the billions of dollars/yearβcomparable to Jobs' huge successes from the late 90s to late 2000s.
Apple is so vast these days it's impossible to debut a new product that increases their revenue by 100%/year.
