@davidgerard@circumstances.run it feels like every year a greater proportion of the tech industry’s total human output is spent solving problems invented entirely within and by the tech industry, and the rest of the world is left outside with 30-year-old requests for “maybe a spreadsheet but where conditional formatting works better” or “emails but I can attach more than 20MB” and the like, left ignored
