Personally I think X-Face/Face (my ALL extensions one is at https://stgiga.github.io/stgiga2.xface or https://stgiga.github.io/stgiga2.face and rendered as https://stgiga.github.io/TallFace.gif) e-mail avatar headers should come back, because it's as decentralized as Fedi.
