This is me with my great grandpa George and great grandma Della. He was a logger and lived in Oregon. When he and Della met, she moved from Kansas and they settled in Salem. Much later, her daughter Florine married my grandpa Francis, and they ended up falling in love with Yachats and visited Oregon repeatedly.
I learned some of this only recently.
Apparently loving #Oregon is in my blood.
(Regarding the Halloween costume, my mom sewed it from scratch! I THINK she was trying for Superman...)
