So the SAP team received the requirement to export some SAP dats as CSV not only in the morning but also in the evening, same data, same functionality. So what they did: reimplemented the CSV export for the evening in a different way. And now they complain that the don't accept the evening data because it is ISO-8859-15 encoded instead of the UTF-8 encoded export as it has been and has worked for 10 years..and they are blaming us 🤡
