Would you have a vibe surgeon operate on you?
A vibe mechanic fix the plane youβre on?
A vibe engineer calculate load-bearing structure requirements for the bridge youβre driving over?
But youβre fine with vibe coding?

@thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io The problem, or, at least, a problem, is, I think, that the rampant exploitation of users by software and the refusal to empower users has led to a perception of software as basically already bad, that I, the user, am unconcerned with, that is not to be understood or mastered, and thus not a sophisticated art that even could be done βproperlyβ.
