Speaking of the joy of friday afternoon. Did you know that cheetahs are not of the leo big cat family? They are grouped with smaller cats, and can meow and purr and apparently they often like to hang out with humans without considering us food

I met a Cheetah once at a game reserve in South Africa. She was basking in the sun and got to stroke her. She purred. Oh my god, I left a little piece of my heart on that spot forever.

@TwoClownsEating@beige.party @Kierkegaanks@beige.party What's terrifying to me is how incredibly strong they are. 'Cos they don't look like they should be! They're the greyhounds of the big cat world, optimised for speed.

But then you see them dragging big game around as if weighed no more than a large chicken, and...oh hell no. 👀
