They're only six months in. Give it a year or two and enough investigators, prosecutors and judges will be in place to detain anyone, anywhere, any time.

It's already there for non-citizens, or even accused of being non-citizens.

If history of autocrats is any guide, a majority of the factions will unite behind a member of the Trump family.

Frankly, I'm surprised he hasn't named his family to more positions of power. Chair of the RNC was an obvious start.
