Three good things:
-> Had a very good meeting with a local spine surgeon today. He's actually going to see this through, and not kick the can down the alley to the next surgeon! Glad I tried one more time.
-> It's 101F here at home. This weekend will be 20F cooler. Love Colorado weather!
-> I started Zepbound this week, and am already seeing some weight improvements. And the actual shot is a complete non-event; I had it built up in my mind as something very intense!

Bonus:
-> My divorce will be finalized as early as this Saturday.
-> I love my little girl kitty so so so much! 😻
