I’ve been mentoring some junior devs at work, and one of them asked me how I’m good at interacting with senior people in the company.

I replied that my engagement responses use a rough personality framework based on their job role that helps me quickly understand their needs and primary motivations, augmented by any prior interactions, communication techniques, and outcome drivers.

It was at that point that I realised I’m probably more neurodivergent than previously thought.
