@angiebaby@mas.to In my case it was where when young we heard stories of things ow gone. A roller rink, pizza place, two movie theaters etc. All gone by the time I was a teen. But now? Despite a population increase of ~60% my old home town has even less.

Yeah. I used to spend every other weekend at the mall that was used to film the second part of the movie, "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure." I don't know that there's any easy way to convey the whole "thing" of the mall experience back when it was a primary social hub as well.
