NGL tho, every time I hear an "expert" talk about the economy, it is extremely clear to me that the folks running the US establishment have literally no fucking idea that folks are at the breaking point and there's no more blood to squeeze from the stone. Like, the financialization of the economy has effectively divorced it from the labor class experience - and since they have ZERO CONTACT with the labor class, they have no idea. They think you're holding out on them. Clearly so.
