The province of Québec 
no longer covers any medical services outside the province at full salary. Either the out-of-province doctor needs to manually file tbe paperwork with the province or the patient will have to pay from their pocket.

La province de Québec ne couvre plus aucun service médical en dehors de la province à plein salaire. Soit le médecin de l'extérieur de la province doit déposer manuellement les documents auprès de la province, ou bien le patient devra payer de sa poche.
