Our Ontario Premiere, Doug Ford, has a looney toons idea of tunnelling under one of our major highways. Considering, we have a non-working transit project that has taken over 14 years to bring to fruition, I think this project will be more of the same. Besides, it's only adding 2 lanes? @mcourcel@allovertheplace.ca no but any reductions in the number of trucks is an improvement. personally i think it's a huge waist of money and useless unless you can equal the number of surface lanes
