My SCA tunic is nearly finished; but then it's a very easy job - literally two rectangles, a little bit of on-the-fly neckline shaping, and making all the edges neat. Which was basically what they did at the time - the belt will provide the shaping.
The next thing will be to make my Simple Wimple. It's not actually known whether 5th/6th century Celtic Britons wore anything on their heads or not, so I'm going to say... OK, they do, because that's likely a great deal more historically accurate than my rather drastic short crop!
