@gottalaff.bsky.social@bsky.brid.gy (Not to be a Debbie Downer, and IANAL, and I absolutely think we should get NYS redistricting in the pipeline now, but reality check:) My understanding is that in NYS this will require a change to the constitution, which will take years. So, this is not going to happen fast, and NYS is not going to save us. Hopefully we can counter-gerrymander in other blue states where it can be done more quickly.
