8 more pints of green beans means I've preserved 23 in total. Pretty sure that's it, the bean bushes are looking spent and I'd get enough mostly for immediate dinner if more come.
Not complaining!
Last year, I canned 44 pints of beans - too much! We're still eating them. So planting half the amount resulted in a more manageable harvest.
