as it turns out. it's stored in a propriatery format apparently based on adobe flash called FTR which apparently a decompiler was made for in like 2008 but is now apparently lost media and only survives on a single mention on a russian language windows modding forum, and someone trying to find said decompiler in a deviantart comment section
