So far the new intercom system appears to be way less secure even if a little more annoying to interface with
Audio channel isn't isolated so can listen into other conversations (haven't done so)
I believe it's possible to reprogram devices over the bus
Can see and interface with all devices on the bus
Entrance units trivially attackable through nfc and no firmware update function to fix
This is good for me because it let's me get around expensive vendor locked devices but whyyy

This is one of those companies where you just shake the tree and CVEs just rain down. All the devices are "protected" with a max 4 digit passcode. You can't disable access methods.
