Trump has ruined the U.S. The U.S. has turned its back on its allies and become an erratic adversary. Trump's moronic behavior (and give Musk a lot of credit for this as well) has ceded key strategic strengths to China and others. We're not going to fix that. End of empire. As I always understood during my govt career, trust underpins everything. The U.S. used to have it but we won't have it again.
