The diagram is labelled, with the knob called the knobbly bit, the protector called the nipply bit, and the bolt labeled shaft.

@ajn142@infosec.exchange okay honestly didn't even look at the context but this is good timing... just Sunday I said "I should get a suction cup so we can move this glass door" and I had no idea this was so readily available at Harbor Freight.
