StéphanieWow, there is actually a USian on here complaining that Canadians are not protesting their own wildfires enough, and that we don't care that we're chocking our neighbours with our smoke.

Just a theory, but I think some people might think of hashtags like they do HTML links and I know in the early days of HTML we were hyperlinking everything. I must now must admit some posts I have tagged everything tagable.
