On occasion, she finds 'eccentric' (aka overpriced rubbish) things like this. $1.5 mil for a cleverly organised tip made from a former 3br house, now has shipping containers parked around it. Walls and floors made out of shit Jim found outside the Blaxland dump. The multiple roofs must leak like Niagara Falls. The first pic? This room? Ceiling is pallet wood. Floor is a muddle of flagstones in mortar, pavers, well-sanded pallet wood and more, but different pavers.

And wtf is this curlicue mural on the outside?

@weezmgk@mastodon.social I'd say the flagstones near the window are there for their thermal mass to absorb heat in a passive solar design style. Fugly though.
