(If we can see the volume numbers, they need to be evens or multiples of 5. It's why it's best we don't see a number.)
@SleepyCatten@cultofshiv.wtf Strictly speaking, those volume numbers are usually pretty arbitrary, anyway. There's a case to be made for a scale from 0 to 100 (as in, someone forgot to write in %), or even 0 to 10 (as a coarser granulation of that), but what in the hells is the reason for making one 0 to 25, or 0 to 40? Because it's quite sure that this doesn't have to do anything at all with any possible unit involved, it's not a percentage, it's not base 2... the maximum "volume" of this amp is 40 what, please?
