I made some Japanese Curry with tofu. I used the box sauce cubes as I have never made it before or had it before. I cut the tofu in half and pan seared it, but next time I’ll cut it into pieces, season them and then pan fry them.

I used potatos, carrots, onions and zucchini and tofu for protein. I don't know if I want to use potatos next time, because rice and potatos seems a little weird to me. It's basically a stew with different seasonings.
