@VedaDalsette@mstdn.social I saw that he sacked the woman unanimously endorsed to do the economics job. The Markets took a very dim view of that. He isn't allowed to sack Gerome Powell, but I see Kugler has resigned. Will he appoint a serious economist or an idiot from Fox News?

@mrgeoffshumba@mastodon.world Do you mean the wonderful Lina Khan, former head of FTC? He can replace Powell in Spring 2026 or fire him if he has (makes up?) cause. You can bet he will appoint NO ONE serious, because he's a FASCIST DICTATOR. I'm using caps, because I'm yelling those words. I'm terrified at what the rich monsters who own him will do to the U.S. Peter Thiel (super villain) wants to weed out the U.S. population extensively. That means oldsters like me.
