The definition of insanity is seeing 3 am on the clock and not going "one more".
Either you are not getting up at normie hours, or you are not getting sufficient rest. You have been permitted the opportunity to transcend day and night, and to use it to further your meaningful goals. Chores and social expectations can wait; it is in this "twilight zone" that the profoundest creations and discoveries are made, as dreams converge with reality.
