I forgot to do an #IntroductionPost when I moved instances again, and after dealing with yet another reply guy who only skimed my post when it got boosted into his feed, and then got butthurt when I checked his behavior, I guess I need to spell this out again and pin it:
Hi, I'm Amy. I'm a sweary bitch. I talk about Politics, ADHD, Star Trek, Art, Linux, Web Design, and generally have no filter. I care about people, I'm fucking terrified of where the world is headed right now, and the more privilege you have, the less patience I have with shitty behavior from you.
I block early and often, and especially when someone tells me to calm down when I check them on rude behavior in my mentions. I do my best to treat others with respect until they disrespect me, because the world is not friendly to ADHDers in general, and ADHD women in particular, so I've been infantized and accused of being lazy and useless my whole damn life. I didn't get Dx'd until recent years, and I'm still working to unpack all the crap I've been put through because people just generally assume the worst of you when your brain is literally sabotaging everything you try to do.
