Hey friends. It's important that you understand this. If someone says something bigoted around you; it is a social test. They are seeing how much resistance they will get (especially from those they consider a peer) for their viewpoint. They are also feeling out whether you are one of their in-group. Discomfort is not a condemnation. Silence is not a condemnation. Walking away is not a condemnation. It is complicity. And it teaches bigots that there won't be consequences for their bigotry. Don't be quiet AND don't be subtle. Add the phrase "That sounds like some weird nazi shit." to your vocabulary immediately.
