If AI/ML isn't a person, why do people keep personifying and attacking it, rather than the people that actually use the software 🤔

To me AI/ML is just a tool.
If you start to whack people with that tool, you're dumb
If you try and plagiarize copyrighted works with that tool, you're dumb
If you try and make money over other people's back with that tool, you're dumb
People should stop implying that AI/ML is the source of all their problems, and start whacking the people who abuse the tools.
Those people never needed the tools to do damage, it was their intentions underneath all along that caused all this damage.
