A funnel-shaped plastic bin, with the narrow end pointing down, suspended in a wooden frame. The funnel consists of flaps that have been bent and woven together, which makes it look somewhat like a tornado. There is a lid on top. A plastic dish is pressed against the underside of the funnel.
