When I see experts suggesting that Pierre Poilievre could be our next Prime Minister I tend to disbelieve the possibility. But I felt the same way about Doug Ford and look where that got us. The fact that our democratic system, process and party structure allows it to happen is frustrating and discouraging to a lot of voters. But what can we do to change the outcome of a Conservative government at the Federal or Provincial level?
