To move from one Mastodon server to another:
1. Set up a new account, on your new server.
2 in your new account, click "edit profile", go to the bottom, and click "create an account alias"
3. in your "old" account, click "edit profile" then click "move to a new account". Enter your new account handle and the password of your old account.
4. Go to your new account. Your followers should have been signed up to your new account.
5. re-follow them (go to notifications)
