This is the beginning of a thread that will end with me asking for monetary support.

Here's me: I am white, cis, hetero, mostly able-bodied and male. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 36 years old, and there are people wo think I may have autism, maybe, who knows. I was born and live in one of the richtest countries in the world. My parents are wealthy enough to help me out if I get into money problems.

So when I ask for your support, be aware of me being quite privileged in several ways. >

Nevertheless, I am quite bad, in a way I'm not sure is repairable, at working for money. Whenever I have a job, everything else gets neglected. I draw way less, I don't clean my place, I am more anxious about everything, I don't get enough sleep. So the best thing for me would be to just get a living income without having to work for it. That's why I'm quite reluctant to accept commissions, and why I'm posting all of my art for free online. I hate that this doesn't just work out. >

Anyway, before I post any links, I'd like to say this: If you don't have what we call "disposable income": don't give me any money. If you know people who are more in need of support than me, support them first.

I'm of the opinion that everybody is entitled to access to everything they need. Those first who are farthest from having their needs met.

So, though I feel lost and kind of hopeless about all this, I am not poor. Keep that in mind if you think about supporting me.

Links in next post.

More to come, probably, I'm looking into Liberapay and Comradery.

I'd really like to at least get a significant part of a living out of just posting doodles online for free. At the moment it's about 60 € a month, so ... ten times that would be really great. Feels like quite a tall order.

Anyway, here's a repost of a drawing I really like.
